God has given her an instinct to provide for her children,
nurture them, and protect them. In a family, the mother's role has
traditionally been to raise the children and take care of household chores.
However in reality, many mothers have multiple roles, such as working at a full-time job, keep
house and provide for the children at the same time. Mothers do all that
without expecting anything in return. But she also looks forward to the time for her responsibilities to be eased. May Allah bless us.

| I like this heliconia which I nurtured from a plant discarded by a neighbour about 10 houses down the road. I call it lobster claws. It' s graceful, tall, hardy and does not require much care. |
